Mangalore, Mar 15: Sharada Vidya Niketan Public School Talapady of Sharada Educational Institutions has opened registration for this academic year.
The school run by the trust started functioning in 2006, said Trust president Prof M B Puranik in a press meet here on Friday.
Prof Puranik said that the school aims at holistic development of the student by providing Indian value based education, adopting `Panchakosha Shiksha' to inspire the students to instill our rich culture and high values.
With CBSE based syllabus, languages like Kannada, English, Hindi and Sanskrit will be taught from the junior classes, he said.
Classes are being conducted till fourth standard and has 35 students. The intake per class will be only 35 students per class, he said.
Apart from curriculum, the school takes care to nurture the child's interest in co-curricular activities like sports, dance, music, art, karate swimming.
Anantharam Rao, vice vice-president was also present at the press meet.
