Mangalore, Mar 16: 'Celebrations', an event management company here will conduct a five-day intensive summer theatre workshop from June 9 at city's St Aloysius College.

A press release stated that Rajesh Rao, faculty member of Anupam Kher's Institute of Drama, Mumbai, will be the main resource person.

The acting and improvisational course on theatre will make use of fun theatre games and will include intense training in body movements, synchronising vocal with rhythm and movement, creating emotive thrust and vocalization.

The course aims to give experience in theatre through practice and the medium of communication will be Hindi and  English and occasionally Kannada and Tulu, the release stated.
