Mangalore, Mar 16: Azad Friends Circle, Chokkabettu in association with Omega Hospital have organized a day-long 'Free Health Care Camp' on Sunday March 18.
The camp will be inaugurated by Suratkal MLA Krishna J Palemar. Former MLA Vijaya Kumar Shetty, Circle Inspector T R Jagannath will be the chief guests while B M Farooq, managing director of Fiza Developers, Bangalore and president of All India Beary Welfare Association will preside over the inaugural function.
This was announced in a press conference held here on Friday March 16 by Abdul Azeez Baikampady.
Local corporator Gulzar Banu, Dr Suresh Suratkal, MD of Omega Hospital and others will be the guests on the occasion.
The free health camp will be held under the leadership of Dr Suresh Suratkal. Noted cardiologists Dr K Mukund, Dr A G Jayakrishnan, well-known orthopaedic surgeon Dr Mahabal Rai, gynecologist Dr Vijay M Revankar and others will be available for consultation.
All types of medical check-up and ECG will be made available free of cost to the participants.
