Mangalore, Mar 23: Dr Sonia Princy D'Silva is now the pride of Mangaloreans in UK. She has been appointed full time consultant in anaesthesia at the St Helen's and Knowsley Hospital in Warwinton UK.
According to a press release, Dr Sonia happens to be the youngest consultant in this field at present in the United Kingdom.
She did her PU in St Agnes College here and completed here MBBS in St John's Medical College in Bangalore in 1997. She got her FRCA fellowship in anaesthesia in 2002 and became consultant in anaesthesia in 2006.
Dr Sonia Princy is the daughter of Dr G C D'Silva and Gretta D'Silva couple of Mangalore.
