Modi meets South Korean president


Seoul, May 18 (IANS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday met South Korean President Park Geun-hye here.

A picture of the two leaders was tweeted by PMO India. They are scheduled to hold talks and sign deals.

Modi arrived in Seoul earlier in the day on the last leg of his three-nation visit that also took him to China and Mongolia.

Upon his arrival, Modi went to the Seoul National Cemetery and laid a wreath to honour the memory of the brave.

He also addressed the Indian community in Seoul. Around 1,500 people attended the reception.
