Kateel, Apr 5: Everyone should practice their social responsibility by contributing a small sum of their earnings towards the welfare of the society, said Odiyur Swamiji Sri Gurudevananda on Wednesday here.
Speaking on the occasion of the religious ceremonies organized in preparation of the Brahmakalashotsav of Sri Duragaparameshwari Temple, Kateel, the swamiji lauded the work of the Mumbai devotees who offered a golden Kalasha to the temple.
The Kalasha was taken in a palanquin to the temple on Wednesday.
