Cloudy Tuesday in Delhi


New Delhi, Jun 9 (IANS): It was a partly cloudy Tuesday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 30 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.

The Met Office has forecast a cloudy day and the maximum temperature is likely to be 43 degrees Celsius.

"Tuesday will be cloudy, still the temperature is likely to soar up to 43 degrees Celsius," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 33 percent.

Monday's maximum temperature was recorded at 42.9 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 27.7 degrees Celsius, normal for the season's average.
