Mumbai, Apr 23: The newly-renovated Ganga Vihar Circle, located in front of a restaurant by the same name, was inaugurated at Matunga here on Friday April 20 by mayor Shubha Raul.
The renovation includes a fountain constructed by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation with the help of Shimantoor Chandrahas Shetty.
The inauguration was followed by a programme which was was held on the occasion at the Ganga Vihar restaurant hall. Local MLA Suresh Gambhir presided.
Former corporator Prakash Ayire, Municipal Corporation official S S Kudalkar, hotelier Shimantoor Udaya Shetty, renowned poet Shimantoor Chandrahas Suvarna, Ashwin Shanelkar and Bunts Sangha joint secretary Jaya A Shetty were present.
