Panaji, Apr 25: As part of disaster management programme and towards pre-monsoon preparedness, the headquarters Goa Naval area will hold a mock search and rescue operation by naval helicopters for the benefit of the people and to generate awareness amongst the citizens of Goa.
The demostration will be conducted by naval helicopters on April 26 and 27 at the following places:
Thursday, April 26 between 1100 and 1130 hours at Calangute beach
Friday, April 27 between 1100 and 1130 hours at Colva beach
