220 Filipinos convert to Islam after iftar

Jun 29, (Emirates 247): About 220 Filipinos converted to Islam on the same day in Saudi Arabia after having Iftar (Ramadan evening meal) with Muslims.

The 220 workers at a local company decided to embrace Islam after they were invited to the religion by the Islamic Guidance Office near the Western town of Makkah.

"They had iftar with us for a few days... we then decided to invite them to Islam and they all agreed to embrace the religion," the Office's director Sheikh Salim Al Maabadi said, quoted by Sabq daily.

    Nobody leaves their faith just because of money and favours. If they revert to Islam. They have to leave many comforts in life such as prohibition from alcohol, adultery and sinful acts which is very tougher for not real seekers. But one who realizes the truth and experience the guidance received from Allah and Messenger.He never wastes a single second from reverting to Islam.May Allah guide you all and me in the right path! Ameen!

    All 200 people of a company will never get promotion in their life time? Quran clearly states no compulsion in the religion. They accepted the truth. For your info Islam is the fastest growing religion. It don't need support of ration cards and adhar cards
