Congress wins Kerala by-poll

Thiruvananthapuram, Jun 30 (IANS): Congress candidate K.A. Sabarinathan on Tuesday won the Aruvikara assembly constituency by-election in Kerala.He was ahead of his rivals when the counting of votes crossed the half way mark.

The assembly constituency witnessed a triangular contest between the Congress, the CPI-M and the BJP.
