PM need not answer silly issues: Law minister

New Delhi, July 7 (IANS): Union Law Minister D.V. Sadananda Gowda on Tuesday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi "need not answer on silly issues" like the Vyapam scam in Madhya Pradesh.

While responding to a query about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's silence over Vyapam scam, he said: "Concerned ministers and party president have made statements (on Vyapam issue). For each silly issue asking the prime minister to answer is not fair".

"See, the PM need not answer on silly issues," he added.
