Jul 16, (Emirates 247): An Indonesian housemaid broke the skull of an eight-month-old twin boy after systematically beating him while his parents were out.
‘Okaz’ Arabic language newspaper said police in capital Riyadh arrested the maid after the mother reported that she had broken her son’s skull and caused brain hemorrhage due to beatings.
The mother took her baby, Bassim, to hospital after noticing that he was having convulsions and crying most of the time, the paper said.
Police arrested the maid on charges of beating and torturing Bassim, who has a twin brother, it added.
