Mangalore, May 31: Statement given by labour minister Iqbal Ansari that some Congress MLAs are in favour of H D Kumaraswamy is far from reality said Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president Mallikarjuna Kharge here on Wednesday May 30.

Speaking to the press persons he said that Ansari’s statement is an election publicity stunt and an attempt to frighten BJP and Yediyurappa in particular.

However, he challenged Ansari to reveal the names of congress MLAs who are in favour of chief minister H D Kumaraswamy to continue in power.
