Mangalore, Jun 16: The University of Mysore will be conducting Common Entrance Test for 11 PG Courses for admission to Mangalore University from July 12 to 15, stated a press release.
The courses for which PGCET will be held are MSc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Physics, Microbiology, MA in History, Economics, Political Science, MSW, M Ed., M Com offered in Bangalore, Gulbarga, Karnataka, Kuvempu, Mangalore, Mysore, Tumkur and Women's Universities.
The exam centre for those applying for admission to Mangalore will be held at University College here, FMKMC College, Madikeri and MGM College, Udupi.
Application forms will be available from Friday June 15 to Monday June 25 at the office of the registrars' of all the universities. Candidates may obtain the application forms in person by submitting demand draft for Rs 400 drawn in favour of Finance Officer, University of Mysore, Mysore (Rs 200 for SC/ST/Cat I candidates of the state only).
Application forms can also be obtained through post by sending a DD for Rs 500 (Rs 300 for SC/ST/Cat-I students of the state only) drawn in favour of Finance Officer, University of Mysore, Mysore Separate applications have to be purchased when applying for different courses.
