Bantwal, June 19: A housewife breathed her last after accidentally consuming an overdose of medicine, at Jumadipal in Bantwal taluk, on Monday, June 18. 

The deceased has been identified as Varija (26). As per police sources Varija complained of stomach ache and invariably consumed an overdose of medicine.  She was rushed to the hospital after she took ill.  But she breathed her last in the hospital later.

Bantwal police have registered a case in this regard.
