Modi attacks Nitish, Lalu for sharing stage with Sonia Gandhi


Sept 01, (Agencies): Prime Minister Narendra Modi attacked Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad for sharing dais with Sonia Gandhi.

Addressing an election rally at Bhagalpur town on Tuesday he said Nitish and Lalu had "sacrificed" legacy of JP, Lohia and Karpuri Thakur.

Saying the both the leaders had ruled the state for 25 years, Modi asked them to give account of what they did for Bihar in this period.

Under attack for his DNA barb, Modi hailed people of Bihar saying they are the most intelligent people on earth.

This is the Bharatiya Janata Party leader's fourth rally in the run up to the assembly polls. Bhagalpur is located about 200 km from Patna.
