TVS Motor's August sales see one percent growth

Chennai, Sep 1 (IANS): Two- and three-wheeler maker TVS Motor Company on Tuesday said it closed last month with one percent sales growth over the volumes in the same month last year.

In a statement, the company said it sold 227,653 units last month as against 225,064 units sold in August 2014.

The company sold 216,781 two wheelers and 10,872 three wheelers last month as against 215,244 two wheelers and 9,820 three wheelers sold in August 2014.
