Normal life hit by strike in Delhi


New Delhi, Sep 2 (IANS): Normal life was hit here on Wednesday due to the nationwide strike call given by various trade organisation protesting against the central government's policies.

Auto-rickshaws were not plying on the roads, affecting normal life in the national capital.

Students and office-goers were forced to wait on roads.

However, the Delhi Transport Corporation buses and the Delhi Metro services were available for the commuters.
