Pakistan Rangers target BSF post in Jammu


Jammu, Sep 4 (IANS): Pakistan Rangers resorted to unprovoked shelling at a Border Security Force (BSF) post along the international border in the Jammu district on Friday.

"Pakistan Rangers started unprovoked shelling and firing at Tube Well 5 border outpost of the BSF today (Friday) in R.S.Pura sector," a police officer told IANS.

"The shelling and firing started at 2.10 a.m," he added.

"BSF is effectively retaliating. Firing exchanges are still on in the area."
