I wish that this project is completed at the earliest. Along with the beautiful apartment, good environment is created. I congratulate the proprietors and wish them the best in all their future endeavors."

Urban development minister Vinay Kumar Sorake said "We need apartments as it contributes lot to the GDP growth. We have organised a state level CREDAI meeting on September 21. This meeting is called to solve the small problems faced by the builders at the government level. Mangaluru stands top in the whole state as ihas been chosen as smart city. This has created competition. People think why they should pay tax. This thinking needs to be changed. The tax paid is used for the public to create roads, water and drainage system.
