Bengaluru, Sep 25 (IANS): Genpact Ltd emerged as the top Business Process Management (BPM) exporter for the financial year 2015, NASSCOM announced at the two-day NASSCOM BPM Strategy Summit 2015 on Thursday.
TCS and Serco Global Services took the second and third positions as the major BPM exporters after Genpact in the $27 billion industry, NASSCOM said in a statement.
Wipro BPO, Infosys BPO, WNS Global Services, Firstsource Solutions, Aegis, Hinduja Global Solutions and EXL are the other top BPM exporters.
The industry grew by 12 percent in the last five years to attain a value of $27 billion. As much as 40 percent of its employees are women, the statement added.
