Sunny Friday in Delhi, clear Saturday likely

New Delhi, Sep 25 (IANS): It was a sunny Friday here with the maximum temperature at 33.9 degrees Celsius, average for the season. The Met office has forecast a clear sky on Saturday.

"The maximum and minimum temperature is likely to hover around 34 and 23 degrees Celsius respectively on Saturday," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

Friday's minimum temperature was 23.5 degrees Celsius, average for this season.

Thursday's maximum temperature was recorded 33.7 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average, while the minimum temperature settled at 24.6 degrees Celsius, a notch above the average of this time of the season.
