Kundapur, Jul 19: Under the joint auspices of Bhandarkar’s College of Kundapur and the Ninasam Trust of Heggodu,  a two-day literary workshop will be held in Bhandarkar's College here on July 28 and 29 with a view to creating interest in literature and reading among the students.

The literary camp under the banner ’An Opening to Modern Kannada Literature’ will also be marked by an exhibition of videos and CDs, debates and talks by guest lecturers, quizzes and discussions, analysis of selected text books and Q-and-A session.

Food and books worth Rs 400 will be provided to the participants. Students desirous of attending are requested to register themselves with a cash payment of or DD for Rs 125 (Rs 100 for NInasam and Rs 25 for food) and a letter of recommendations for the respective heads of institutions before July 20, 2007.
