Ferguson to coach Beckham-led team in charity match


London, Oct 2 (IANS): Former Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson will manage a team of British and Irish players captained by David Beckham in a charity match next month.

The BBC on Friday said the team will take on a world team captained by France legend Zinedine Zidane at Old Trafford ground on November 14, reports Xinhua.

Former Chelsea, Real Madrid and AC Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti will manage the world team, while Italian Pierluigi Collina will be the referee.

Money raised from ticket sales will be donated to children's charity UNICEF.
