India needs more eye hospitals: Rajnath


New Delhi, Oct 4 (IANS): Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday inaugurated an eye hospital here and said there was a need for more such hospitals.

Opening the Sharp Sight Centre, a leading eye care hospital in Delhi and adjoining areas, he said: "Indian eye care hospitals should try to provide world class treatment. Hospitals collectively need to work towards it."

The hospital at East Delhi's Preet Vihar area is fully equipped with surgical skill of international repute, said Kamal B. Kapur, the director of Sharp Sight Centre.
