What a marvellous gesture on the part of the Catholic Sabha of Valencia Parish to distribute saplings to the parishoners to commemorate the Vanamahotsava festival. We wish to complement those that masterminded this unique thought !! As and when we are in India during July, we shall also come forward at the St. Vincent's Church to receive our share of the saplings from the Padre Vigar and carry the saplings carefully to our farm in Sakhlaspur and plant them tastefully alongside the beautifull Grotto of our Lady of Lourdes in front of the "Prarthanalaya".

We might even decide to name about ten square-foot space as "Valencia Bhoomy" so that we can both boast ourselves that we were both born and baptized at the Valencia Church and have every right to name a small corner as "Valencia".
