Four injured in gas cylinder blast in Kashmir


Jammu, Oct 6 (IANS): Four members of a family were injured on Tuesday in a cooking gas cylinder explosion in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar district, police said.

"Four members of a family were injured when an LPG (cooking gas) cylinder exploded in Bhaderwah town of Kishtwar district," a senior police officer told IANS here.

The injured, identified as Sajid Arshad Bhat, 27, Sameer Arshad Bhat, 23, Gulshan Begum, 52 and Anfa, 17, were airlifted to the Government Medical College Hospital here for specialized treatment, the official added.
