Swipe Technologies launches new budget 4G tablet


New Delhi, Oct 7 (IANS): Indian tablet-maker Swipe Technologies on Wednesday launched a new 4G tablet named Ace Strike with 2GB RAM at a price of Rs.6,999.

The tablet will be powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core 64 bit processor and will sport 6.98-inch display.

"Ace Strike is a perfect fusion of innovation and technology. I am delighted to present India's first and the most economical 4G tablet, Ace Strike - the latest device that will create a touchstone in the 4G tablet segment. We at Swipe believe in offering technology that makes communication simpler and faster & Ace Strike is our endeavor in this direction," said Swipe's founder and chief executive Shripal Gandhi.

In terms of memory, the tablet comes with 16GB of internal memory which can be expanded to 32GB. According to Swipe, users will have access to free unlimited movies and music for 2 months, pre-loaded with Hungama.com app and can stream videos, play games online, tune into online radio channels and much more with 4G connectivity.
