New Delhi, Oct 9 (IANS): It was a warm Friday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature settling at 21 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
The Met Office has forecast a clear sky throughout the day.
"There was mist early in the morning but it turned sunny later. The sky will remain clear throughout the day," an official at the India Meteorological Department said.
The maximum temperature of the day is likely to hover around 36 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was recorded at 63 percent.
Thursday's maximum temperature was recorded at 35.4 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, while the minimum temperature settled at 21.8 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
