Mangaluru: SJEC students picked out by TCS at campus interview

Mangaluru, Oct 9: The placement season at St Joseph Engineering College- Vamanjoor, Mangaluru for the academic year 2015-2016 began on a great note with 67 students getting placed at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).


TCS was offered the day-zero slot at SJEC for the current academic year. The campus drive by TCS was held on September 11. It began with a pre-placement talk highlighting the various elimination rounds involved, the expectation from students during the interview process and some dos and do nots.

The selection process involved online aptitude test and verbal ability leading to technical and personal rounds of interviews. This year top 25 students from 5 engineering streams were exempted from taking the online aptitude test and were given direct entry to verbal ability test followed by technical and personal interviews. 277 students participated in the campus drive and 67 students were selected by TCS.

SJEC congratulates all the selected students.
