Accenture expands innovation centre for IBM Technologies


Bengaluru, Oct 13 (IANS): Management consulting services company Accenture on Tuesday said that it was expanding its innovation centre here for IBM Technologies.

As a part of the expansion plan, the innovation centre will now offer global clients access to new services and solutions using the latest IBM cloud technologies including Bluemix and interaction with an onsite lab designed to help inspire innovative, scalable open source solutions leveraging faster application development methodologies.

"We have created a unique environment in Bengaluru where clients are immersed in the very latest Accenture innovations made possible through the use of IBM cloud technologies," said Accenture Technology Delivery group technology officer Adam Burden.

"We offer clients the opportunity to help accelerate their webscale systems development and assemble industry-specific and personalised applications quicker through next-generation software engineering techniques enabled by Bluemix," he added.
