Sonu Nigam rubbishes reports of Salman insulting him on stage

Mumbai, Oct 13: Versatile singer Sonu Nigam, was reportedly snubbed by Bigg Boss host Salman Khan who is said to have bad mouthed the actor on stage recently, but the singer has rubbished all reports. Sonu took to the micro blogging site to clarify that nothing of the sort had ever happened and that Salman, on the contrary had been very gracious at the event.

Reports that had abounded in the news had claimed that when Sonu Nigam invited Salman on stage at a recent T-series event by saying that he did not need playback singers like Sonu when he had the technology to modify his voice as required. Sonu tweeted,"Nothing of d sort of what has been reported , happened guys. Salman was very gracious that night.. Don't know who cooked up this story."

Actress Pooja Mishra who is in a controversy herself for beating up staff at a departmental store commented on Sonu's clarification that,  "@sonunigam naukri bacha rahe ho apni! Lol" Sonu immediately got back to her saying, " @PoojaMissra nahee Pooja. Kisi par galat ilzaam padne se rok rahaa hoon. God bless"

Salman Khan who is now hosting Bigg Boss season 9 as well as shooting for Sultan, has not commented on the news or on Sonu Nigam's clarification. His movie Prem Ratan Dhan payo opposite Sonam Kapoor is all set to release next month.
