Mangalore, Aug 6:  The second zonal conference of the LIC Agents Organisation of India (LICAOI) was held here, at the Canara College Seminar Hall on Sunday August 5.

Speaking on the occasion after the inauguration, LIC Senior zonal manager Surendra Behara opined that awareness on the importance of organizations should be created among LIC agents.

Behara elaborating on the matter felt that several major players in the private insurance sector are striving to establish their products in Mangalore by publicizing it on a mass scale as now the city is developing at a fast pace. Therefore he advised that under such circumstances every LIC agent should work hard with commitment and dedication to achieve his goal, he added.

The said zonal conference was presided over by the central committee vice-president C A Joseph. The chief guests on the occasion, was All India Insurance Employees Association secretary Derick A Rebello, LICAOI central committee secretary Manjunath L and development officer Vishwanatha.
