Mangalore, Aug 8: State Bank of India (SBI) will introduce a project called ‘Project Parivartan’, an internal communication exercise; to train the employees in new skills, said SBI Regional Manager Dheerendra here on Tuesday August 7.
Addressing the mediapersons he said that the regional level training workshop for the staff would be held for three weeks form August 27. He said this training will cover 3,000 employees of 45 branches from DK, Udupi, Chikmagalur, Kodagu, Hassan and Shimoga.
The main reason of the workshop is bank wants to shift to relationship banking from transaction banking as a part of its efforts to emerge as the most preferred bank.
