Puttur, Nov 1: State spokesperson of Yuva Bharat organization, Niketraj Maurya, called upon Hindu society to get organized and take on people who have chosen to heap criticisms on Sri Raghaveshwara Bharati Swamiji by dragging his name into streets. "Hindu society does not get bogged down by empty threats of these people. There is a need to convey a clear message that Hindus are not afraid if anti-social elements, who are driven by a definite conspiracy," he stated. He asked the young Hindus to take pledge to protect cows, Sadhus, Maths etc and to give a befitting reply to anti-social acivities aimed at religious leaders, religious scriptures, and cows.

Addressing a mega religious awareness meet held under the aegis of Dharma Jagruti Samiti here on Sunday November 1, Maurya said that Sri Raghaveshwara has already provided fitting reply to his critics by pledging to sacrifice his life if allegations made against him are proved. He also questioned the attitude of the intelligentsia, who take pride in claiming that they eat beef. He wanted to know why the same people do not announce that they eat pork. He challenged the concerned to openly admit to eating pork.
