Mangalore, Aug 8: The Art of Living Mega Course will be held from Aug 13 to Aug 19 at Mangalore, Suratkal, Puttur, Udupi, Moodbidri, Belthangady, Sullia and Bellare, V N R Rao, in-charge of publicity told the media persons, here on Wednesday Augus 8.

Hence the technique like Sudarshana Kriya, a unique rhythmical breathing process plays an important role. This Kriya controls the thoughts with the help of controlled breathing. "We need to combat the terrorism on team effort; thereby it would help us in combating the social evils’, Ila Shankar opined.
