Modi reaches Chanderkote town in Ramban district


Chanderkote, (Jammu), Nov 7 (IANS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Jammu region's Chanderkote town on Saturday where he will inaugurate a power project.

An IAF helicopter carrying Modi, Governor, N.N. Vohra and Chief Minister Mufti Muhammad Sayeed landed at Chabderkote in Ramban district at 2.45 p.m.

Modi will also address a public rally in addition to inaugurating the 450 MW second phase of the Baglihar power project and four-laning of the Udhampur-Bannihal stretch of the Jammu-Srinagar national highway.
