Bihar results a victory of democracy: Shatrughan Sinha

New Delhi, Nov 8 (IANS) : As the BJP stared at a humiliating defeat in the Bihar assembly elections, senior party leader and veteran Bollywood actor Shatrughan Sinha on Sunday rubbed it in, saying the poll verdict was "victory of democracy".

"The call of the day is introspection, modified and better strategy, teamwork and coordination in the future. Salute once again to Biharis," he tweeted.

In another tweet, Sinha said, "...The writing was always on the wall."

“It is the victory of democracy and the people of Bihar. I salute them,” he said in another tweet.

IN an apparent dig at the party for leaving him out of the hectic campaigning, Sinha added: “It appears that the issue of Bihari vs Bahari (and Bihari Babu's absence) has been settled once and for all.”

Mr Shot gun was sidelined during the entire elections. He felt the pulse of the people. Relegating Mr Sushil Modi to the sidelines was also a disaster. Days ahead are bad for Mr Modi the PM. It is time Mr Modi the PM take his preliminary classes on Indian Constitution and understand the true meaning of secularism. Enough of division on communal lines promoted by the PM and his Party Chief. Biharis have defined a Bahari very clearly. Take your lessons PMji on the birthday of your party Patriarch.
