Bangalore: Flower and Vegetable Show at Lal Bagh - Pics

Bangalore, Aug 15: Once again it is a great 'Flower show' at Lalbagh Gardens to mark the 60th  Independence day celebration of India – Diamond Jubilee of India's Independence.

Lalbagh is famous for its fine sprawling flower gardens. Bangalore gardens are the attractive gems of the Garden City of India. It is one of the mostly richly diverse Botanical Gardens  in South Asia.

Haider Ali Glass House had as usual great arrangement performance of flowers, the most attractive and the hot of the show 'The Taj Mahal' completely designed by roses with colour cobination sponsored by Radio Mirchi, in addition to the rocket arrangement which caught the eyes of the people.

Crowd flocked in right from day 1 to give a great feast to their eyes.

There were also attractive flower pots and clay animals. Children had a wonderful time with trampoline set especially for their entertainment, once again by Radio Mirchi.

In addition to the flower power, Lalbagh had even vegetable speciality with jumbo sized snake gourds, multiple bottle gourds and pumpkins grown in pots.

People had a great time with picnic like atmosphere as there were variety of eatables and thirst quenching drinks.

    So nice to see jess really seeing your garden.  It is so nice dont feel like switching off the computer. We need not go and waste our time in the crowd. It is really great.  I wish you have more time for daijiworld to come and give us all the programs like this.  Wish you all the best .
