Man from Panemangalore dies in accident at Saudi Arabia

Bantwal, Nov 27: A road accident in Saudi Arabia recently claimed the life of a person hailing from Panemangalore-Akkarangady near here.

The deceased has been identified as Nazeer (45), a native of Nehrunagara - Kodangerekody in Narikombu village in the taluk.

Nazeer was working as driver near Damam, Saudi Arabia, since the last two decades. In a road accident which occurred at a place known as Afro Bbatin in that country about a month back, he had suffered grave injuries. He was being treated in a hospital there.

Although efforts were made to save him, Nazeer breathed his last at the hospital on Wednesday November 25, it is gathered. He is survived by wife, two sons, and a daughter. Nazeer had visited his native place on holiday a year ago.
