Mumbai, Dec 1: BSKB Association under the aegis of Thirumala temples held Kalyanotsava programme at Shanmukhananda Chandrashekarendra auditorium, Sion east, King circle on Sunday November 29 evening.

Vishweshatheertha Sripada set in motion Gokul Projects vision 2020 of BSKB association on the occasion.

Thirumala Thirupathi temple priests Venugopal Dikshitar, B R Gururaja Rao, Ananth Acharya conducted religious rituals, distributed Prasada and blessed the devotees. BSKB Association Dr Suresh S Rao Kateel and Vijayalaxmi Suresh, Kalyanotsava committee executive committee president Pernankila Haridas Bhat and Poornima Haridas, Gopalakrishna Public Trust member B Ramananda Rao and Laxmi Ramanand couple were in charge of religious ceremonies.

Retired Supreme Court judge Justice B N Srikrishna, Shanmukanand Trust president V Shanker, Thirupathi Srinivasa Kalyanotsava project leader Ashok Kumar, businessmen Mahesh Vadwa, L V Ameen, Jayakrishna Shetty, Ravindranath M Bhandary and other elite were present.

BSKBA vice president Vaman Holla and P Umesh Rao, honorary treasurer CA Haridas Bhat, joint secretary Chandrashekar Bhat and Prashanth Herle, joint treasurer Kusuma Srinivas and Avinash Shastri, Women's wing executive president Shailini Rao, Gopalakrishna Public trust members A S Rao, R L Bhat, Krishna Acharya, Dr Vyasaraya Ninjooru, other office bearers and members were present in large numbers.

The priests of Thurupathi temple distributed Thirupathi laddus as Prasada. BSKBA president Dr Suresh S Rao welcomed the gathering and said that the benefits of the project will be a boon for the people. Maithrini Rao Udupi, G Munilaxmi and group sang devotional prayers. S Muralidhar compered Kalyanotsava programme. Chief priest of Gokula mandira Machuru Hari Bhat offered pooja. BSKBA honorary chief secretary P C N Rao proposed the vote of thanks.
