Mangaluru: 92.7 Big FM celebrates 8th anniversary

Mangaluru, Dec 9: Mangaluru's number one FM station 92.7 BIG FM celebrated its eighth anniversary with 'BIG Junior RJ-Season 3' contest with top five contestants.

92.7 BIG FM conducted Junior RJ contest in various schools in Mangaluru and top five candidates were chosen for the final round based on judgeís points and public voting.

Grand finale of Dabur Honitus BIG Junior RJ - Season 3 culminated at Summer Sands Resort, Ullal in the presence of dignitaries from various fields. Celebrity anchor, dancer, actress and reality show winner VJ Poorvi was face of the event during BIG Junior RJ contest in city.













Health minister UT Khader, Rajesh Brahmavar, president of Cinema Workers and Technicians federation, Sharath Chandra Kadri, Tulu movie actor and upcoming Tulu movie ëBolliluí lead actor, Shravan and Soujanya Hegde and Team 92.7 BIG FM Mangalore were present.

After cutting the 92.7 BIG FM anniversary cake, Khader said, "92.7 BIGFM is doing a great job by hosting various entertainment programmes catering to all categories of people. I often listen to BIG FM when I am in town and I am happy to be a part of this anniversary event. I wish the staff at 92.7 BIG FM all the best for their future endeavours."

Top five contestants had given their best for the final and Panchami emerged as the winner of Dabur Honitus BIG Junior RJ - Season 3.

Actor Shravan and actress Soujanya Hegde judged the event.

Celebrity singer and music director, Nithin Acharya, noted singer, composer and promo producer at 92.7 BIG FM, Joel Rebello, Anjana and Apoorva Malli, the youngest magicians of India as per the India Book of Records and Illusion dance group gave mesmerizing performances and entertained the gathering.

Dabus Honitus BIG Junior RJ winner Miss Panchami will be hosting the show in 92.7 BIG FM in coming days.

VJ Poorvi, RJ Roopesh, RJ Errol and RJ Rakshita compered the show.

92.7 BIG FM executive Producer Shilpa Shetty welcomed and proposed the vote of thanks.
