Dammam, Dec 9: India Fraternity Forum, eastern province organized a seminar on 'Babri to Dadri – dilemma of democracy' as part of a 'lest we forget Babri Masjid' campaign recently at the Apsara Auditorium at Khobar.
Speaking on the occasion Saleem G K, district executive member of India Fraternity Forum said, “The offensive activities of the fascist forces started at the Babri Masjid demolition and continued upto the recent Dadri lynching incident. The propaganda of the fascist forces is not only limited to one particular community. The fascist ideology has badly affected the eternal life of the common man of India. With the demolition of the Babri Masjid, fascist forces have gained power and capitalists, international elements have joined hands with them and are ransacking the wealth of India. As a result of this riot, violence, intolerance and price hikes are appearing altogether at a high rate.”
He also said, “Remembering Babri Masjid on December 6, means expressing our hope on the judicial system in a case which is yet to be settled. We should remember the incident of Babri Masjid demolition in order to protect our nation from being attacked by fascist forces time and time again.”
Imthiaz, president of India Fraternity Forum, Karnataka chapter presided over the seminar. The other guests on the dais were, Mukhthadir Adil, core committee member of Gulbarga Welfare Charitable Trust and Abdul Wahid, president of Indian Social Forum, Andra-Telanga state.
Muhammad Sharief K, member of India Fraternity Forum, Khobar welcomed the gathering. Abdul Subhan recited the Quran, Rafeeq Uchila delivered the vote of thanks and Mohammed Azaruddin coordinated the program.
