Bangalore: Syndicate Bank and UAE Exchange Sign MOU

Bangalore, Aug 28: A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed with the Abu Dhabi-based UAE Exchange Centre for extending remittance facility to the non-resident Indians in the region proudly announced the CMD of Syndicate Bank.

C P Swarnkar, chairman & managing director, Syndicate Bank, signed the agreement here on Monday August 27. Enumerating the advantages of the agreement to the customers, he informed that the alliance with UAE Exchange Centre will enable the bank to offer its “Speed Remittance” products such as Syndicat-e-remit, Syndicat-e-draft and Syndicate MT at very competitive prices.

Dr. Bavaguthu Raghuaram Shetty, managing director and chief executive officer of UAE Exchange Co, was also present.

The CMD Swarnkar also announced that Syndicate Bank was working on a new range of remittance products powered by the Real Time Gross Settlem.
