Why is Jaitley afraid of probe, asks Kejriwal

New Delhi, Dec 27 (IANS): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday asked why union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley was afraid of a probe if he has done no wrong.

The chief minister said the difference between the Aam Aadmi Party and the Bharatiya Janata Party was that the former acted against corruption while the latter defended it.

"Why is Jaitley-ji afraid of facing enquiry," Kejriwal tweeted.

"That's the difference between BJP and AAP. AAP takes strong and swift action on credible evidence. BJP defends corruption n runs away from investigation," he added.

He was reacting to the BJP charges that Jaitley's name figures nowhere in the report of the Delhi government on the Delhi and Districts Cricket Association.

The Delhi government had earlier set up a Commission of Inquiry to probe into the alleged financial irregularities in the DDCA.
