Mangalore, Aug 30: Sangeet Bharathi Foundation will stagea Hindustani Classical Vocal Concert of renowned artist Pundit Vinayak Torvi on Sunday September 2 at Ravindra kala Bhavana, University College in the city, informed Narendra Naik, vice-president of  Sangeet Bharathi Foundation to media persons here on August 30.  

The programme is chalked out as a prelude of staging of music performances by world renowned Hindustani Classical Musicians and instrumentalists in the year 2007-2008, he added. 

He has also requested music buffs to occupy seats at least fifteen minutes before the commencement of the programme for the initial briefings of the forthcoming programmes and mode of entry to those programmes will be unfolded followed by the vocal concert, he informed. 

Rafik Khan, president, Venkatesh Bliga, trustee, Sanjeeva, treasurer of the foundation were present at the press conference.
