Kundapur: KSRTC-Private Bus Collision Leaves 2 Dead near Sidhapur

Kundapur, Sep 6: Two persons were killed on the spot when a private bus collided with KSRTC bus at Hennebail near Siddapur here on Thursday September 6 morning.

The deceased persons have been identified as Bhaskar (38) and Kiran (34), residents of Hosangadi. Sources said that, another 4 persons have been injured seriously in the accident. Injured persons have been admitted to a hospital at Kundapur.

The incident occurred while a private bus traveling to Shimoga from the city and a KSRTC bus plying the city from Hosangadi collided at Hennebail. A case has been registered by Shankaranarayan police in this regard.
