Saudi Arabia, Jan 19: Management of Khobar United Cricket Club organized a colorful event to honour its players and captain who contributed towards the success of the team in the last couple of years and appreciated their dedication and commitment.
Guests on the occasion were Hameed, chairman of the team, Raja Raees, team coach, Dildar, team captain, Nizar, former captain, Munawar, team manager, Mansoor, assistant team manager, Shoukath, team photograper, Khaleel, EPCA umpire.
Khobar United began the New Year as runners up (2500SAR) of Navayugam Tournament, Dammam held on January 15 and semifinalists of Thodar Friends Trophy, Jubail held the same night.
Khobar United has won lots of major cricket tournamenta in different parts of eastern province of Saudi Arabia in the last half decade and maintains their professionalism in cricket.
Team Management congratulated their player Anis who got a chance to play in the recently held Mangalore premier league (MPL) for Udupi Tiger and welcomed the new entrant Safder and Hassan Sardar.
Mementoes were handed over by the guest to the captain and to all the players and managers.
Khobar United (KU) Cricket Club was formed in the year 2010 to provide organized participation for casual cricket players and cricket enthusiasts all over Jubail, Dammam and Khobar.
