Tori Spelling sued for failing to pay her bills

Los Angeles, Jan 20 (IANS): Actress Tori Spelling has been sued by credit card company American Express for failing to make payment for months.

According to the lawsuit, Spelling owes $37,981.97 in credit. An auto-payment of $1,070 was rejected by her bank Wells Fargo on June 26 last year.

She also failed to pay the minimum amount of $1,477 on August 18, 2015.

American Express is demanding the remaining balance to be paid plus interest and return payment fee of $27, reports aceshowbiz.com.
